Our exceptional team is our greatest asset. Our team is comprised of caring, dedicated, and highly trained professionals who pride themselves on staying on the cutting edge of dentistry; our team regularly attends more continuing education courses each year than required. Our team is dedicated to making sure your treatment and administrative needs are met as efficiently as possible with the utmost goal being your comfort. Carroll
Appointment Coordinator
Carroll is our Patient Coordinator and has been working in dentistry for 22 years. She is a native of Winston Salem and attended Forsyth Technical Community College. She is happily married with one daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Shawn
Scheduling Coordinator
Shawn is our Scheduling Coordinator and has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She relocated from Maryland after falling in love with the landscape of North Carolina. Shawn is married with two children and six grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Debby
Practice Manager
Debby is our Practice Manager and joined our practice in 2001. She attended Mitchell Community College and studied Business Administration. She is also a member of the American Association of Dental Office Management. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking and anything outdoors.
Treatment Coordinators
Morgan
Treatment Coordinator
Morgan graduated with her Dental Assisting Certification in 2014 and started in Oral Surgery before joining our team. She is now one of our Treatment Coordinators and loves providing education to our patients. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and family fishing trips to the Outer Banks.
Monica
Treatment Coordinator
Monica graduated from Rowman Cabarrus Community College in 2008 with a Certification in Dental Assisting. She joined our practice as a Dental Assistant and is now a Treatment Coordinator. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. She also enjoys boating on the lake, traveling and many outdoor activities.

Melissa
Dental Hygienist
Melissa graduated from Guilford Technical Community College in 2003 as a Dental Assistant and again in 2015 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She obtained her certification to administer local anesthetic in early 2022. We are lucky to have her as one of our Dental Hygienist. Melissa is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include sewing and home improvement projects.
Wendy
Dental Hygienist
Wendy graduated from Guildford Technical Community College 2011 as a Registered Dental Hygienist but was a Dental Assistant prior. She has been in the Dental Field for 18 years. Wendy has her certification to administer local anesthetic and is an amazing addition to our team. In her spare time she enjoys going to church, hiking and going to the beach with her husband and daughter.

Mary is originally from New York State but loves North Carolina! She has been a Dental Assistant for nearly 30 years and enjoys working with our amazing team.
Michele
Dental Assistant
Michele has been a Dental Assistant for 25 years and is one of our Dental Assistants. She is married with two children and has one Granddaughter. She loves traveling and spending time with her family.
Megan
Dental Assistant
Megan Graduated from Alamance Community College in 2002 and has been a Dental Assistant for 22 years. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, playing softball and horse back riding.
Soly
Dental Assistant
Soly has been a Dental Assistant for over 10 years and started in Oral Surgery. She obtained her DAANCE certification and is also an English to Spanish Interpreter. We are lucky to have her as one of our Dental Assistants. Soly is happily married, has a dog and is also a certified yoga instructor. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and going to the beach.

Kristina graduated from Forsyth Technical Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant. She is also currently on the dental department advisory board at Forsyth Tech. Kristina is married and has four children. While not at work, she enjoys reading and being outdoors.
